Infinite Trading Inc. stocks the products we sell here in Waverly, NE. All products shipped inside the cont. 48 states are sent via UPS usually the same or next business after the order has been placed and payment has been approved. From time to time we encounter a problem. This could be anything from temporarily running out of a product in Waverly to product being on backorder from the supplier. When this happens we will automatically try to contact you by phone or email to see what the customer wants to do. If the problem is felt to be minor and we cannot reach you we will decide the best way to resolve the problem and contact you with the decision.
